At Casthra, we want you to love what you wear. Every piece is designed with care and crafted for fans, dreamers, and rebels — but if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
To qualify, items must be:

Unworn and unwashed

In their original packaging with all tags attached

Free from stains, odors, or damage
We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirming approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note:

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you received free shipping, the return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
We’re happy to exchange items for a different size or color (if available).
If your requested item is out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund instead.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Sale or clearance items marked “final sale”
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
